The terms and conditions governing your use of the Aviz Healthcare® Platform. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Aviz Healthcare® Platform (website, mobile apps, and services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Aviz Healthcare is a technology platform that connects patients with healthcare providers including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, and ambulance services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare services are delivered by independent, verified providers.
Our emergency SOS service is a dispatch coordination tool. It does not replace calling local emergency services (108/112 in India). In life-threatening situations, always call 108 first.
Emergency response times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather conditions, and ambulance availability.
Aviz Healthcare acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting users with independent healthcare providers. We are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of medical services delivered by partner providers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Aviz Healthcare is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 2(w)) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We act as a technology platform connecting users with independent healthcare providers.
As an intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act, we do not exercise control over the medical services provided by our partner providers. All medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment are provided by independently licensed practitioners and healthcare facilities.

You can book healthcare services yourself in the Aviz app, or you can ask our support team to book on your behalf — by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
By contacting Aviz support to request a booking, or by applying through Let-Aviz-Decide (where our team coordinates services for you), you agree that Aviz support staff may:
Bookings made by our team appear in your app exactly like your own bookings, with a small note that they were made by support. We keep an internal record of who booked what and when, and of your consent basis, for your safety and dispute resolution.
This consent is optional and revocable at any time: tell our support team to stop, withdraw consent in the app’s privacy settings, or delete your account, and future assisted bookings stop immediately. Already-created bookings follow each service’s cancellation policy.
Nothing in this section changes how we protect your medical information under applicable law (including India’s DPDP Act, 2023) or our Privacy Policy.
